E-Capture System

E-Capture is an end-to-end capturing solution that supports capturing all types of documents and electronic files. Documents can be captured using any standard scanner. E-Capture can work as stand alone or through the integration with document management systems. Standalone version is usually used to capture documents backlog in large volumes.

Through highly-configurable templates, E-Capture can handle any type of documents, such as vendor statements, order confirmations, HR documents, agreements, financial documents, and letters. For each document type, you can configure rules that determine what information needs to be captured and registered.
